🍣 One pan. Thirty minutes. You're going to make this twice.

Hey Reader!

Thirty minutes, one pan, and somehow it tastes like you spent the evening cooking.

This Creamy Salmon Pasta is built around Cajun-spiced salmon bites seared until crispy, then laid over fettuccini swimming in a garlic cream sauce loaded with parmesan and mozzarella. The kind of dinner that makes people ask what restaurant it came from.

The trick that makes the whole thing work? Reserved pasta water goes straight into the pan to pull the sauce together: no flour, no cornstarch, just a smooth, glossy coating on every noodle.

Eat it straight from the bowl, add a side salad if you're feeling virtuous, or crack open a dry rosé and make a whole thing of it. Either way, it's going into the regular rotation.
